Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. If you cancel in time, we will issue a full refund with no deductions. However, once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Exchanges

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we are happy to offer an exchange if you accidentally select the wrong size or item. Please note that customers will be responsible for covering the exchange shipping fees.

To ensure accuracy, our customer service team is available via WhatsApp or Email to confirm the details of your order before it is shipped. This helps us deliver exactly what you need.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Items Shipped While rare, mistakes can occur. To avoid confusion, we take photos of your items before shipping and will share these with you via email for confirmation.

  2. Defective Items Received We have a rigorous quality control process, so the likelihood of receiving a defective item is extremely low. However, in the rare event this happens, we will gladly accept a return.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Please contact us to obtain the return address before sending your item back.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank to check on any processing delays.
